A standard air-to-water heat pump installation varies from site to site, but on average costs 1500 € and includes the following:
- Delivery of the equipment to the site
- Work and materials required for installation, such as pipes, fittings, heating and cold water expansion tanks, plugs, safety valves, thermal insulation, etc.
- Connection of the heat pump to the heating system, provided that the supply and return pipes are connected, filled and fitted with ball valves in the technical room at a distance of no more than 2 metres from the pump
- Set-up of the heat pump and initial instruction of the purchaser
- Electrical installation work and materials up to the equipment, except for installation of the circuit breaker in the switchboard and cable laying
- Cabling for external temperature sensor
- Drilling a hole up to 68 mm in diameter through a wall up to 60 cm thick, except for walls made of reinforced concrete or rubble stone
- Connections between indoor and outdoor units (refrigerant pipework, cable) up to 5 metres.
Price does not include:
- Establishment of heating, ventilation and water supply systems
- Installation of a melt water drainage kit for the outdoor unit
- Construction of a concrete base for the outdoor unit
- Design documentation and as-built drawings
- General construction works
- Circuit breaker in electrical switchboard
